Mission
01Equitable, clean, affordable power for every factory, rooftop and grid connection we touch.
Priced below the tariff it replaces, engineered to stay on through load-shedding, and measured every day it runs.
About Emerged Power
We develop, build and operate renewable plants — from a factory roof in Gazipur to a 50 MW solar park — so that the unit that keeps a production line running is also the one that costs least.
Our story
Emerged Power Distribution Company was set up by power-sector engineers who had spent years watching export factories lose batches to load-shedding and burn diesel at three times the grid tariff.
The fix was sitting overhead: millions of square feet of idle industrial roof. We built our first plants for RMG owners who needed a lower cost per unit and a system that would stay on — and we kept the engineering, construction and maintenance in-house so one team answered for the result.
Today the same discipline runs from a 180 kWp school campus to a 50 MW solar park in development. The goal has not changed: equitable, clean and affordable renewable power for Bangladesh.
“One team, accountable from the first site walk to year twenty-five.”
Milestones
2019 → 2026
2019
Founded by power-sector engineers to develop distributed solar for Bangladesh's industrial base.
2021
A grid-tied rooftop for an export garment factory, designed, built and maintained in-house.
2023
String-level monitoring and a field O&M crew for every plant we operate.
2024
A 2.4 MWp denim-mill rooftop brings the operating portfolio past 5 MWp.
2025
LFP battery systems for hospitals, cold storage and a tea estate beyond the grid.
2026
A 1.2 MWp floating pilot goes live; the 50 MW Pabna solar park moves into financing.
Mission
01Priced below the tariff it replaces, engineered to stay on through load-shedding, and measured every day it runs.
Vision
02Renewables closing the gap between 26 GW installed and 52 GW of demand by 2041 — from the rooftop up.
See the pipeline behind itWhat we value
They decide what we quote, what we build and what we refuse to cut when the budget gets tight.
Structural survey, yield simulation and protection studies before a single module is ordered.
Every roof structurally surveyed
Lease and PPA models so a factory can switch to solar without finding the capex first.
Zero-capex options on every proposal
Design, procurement, construction and O&M under one contract and one named engineer.
One contract, survey to year 25
Clients, lenders and auditors see the same generation and CO₂ numbers we do.
