For grid-connected RMG & industrial plants
Hybrid Solar
Grid savings by day. Battery backup through load-shedding.
Grid-tied rooftop solar with LFP storage and a hybrid inverter that switches over in under 20 ms. Your lines keep running when the feeder drops, and your cheapest unit is always the one on your roof.

Who it's for
Grid-connected plants that can't afford to stop.
Hybrid makes sense when outages cost you production and the grid bill is big enough to matter. If two or more of these sound familiar, it's worth a survey.
Stable feeder and daytime-only load? A net-metered roof without batteries usually pays back faster.

System architecture
One inverter. Three sources. No manual switching.
Solar, battery and grid meet at a single hybrid inverter and your main distribution board. The controller decides where every kilowatt goes.

Sun covers the shop floor
Solar carries most of the daytime load. Surplus charges the battery, and the grid only tops up what the roof can't cover.

What the controller does
- Solar serves loads before any grid import
- Surplus charges the battery to full
- Holiday surplus exports via net meter or is curtailed
Net-metering
Friday's surplus becomes Sunday's credit.
When the plant is closed and the roof keeps generating, a bidirectional meter credits exported units against what you import — so holiday sunshine isn't wasted.
- Capacity is generally capped at 70% of your sanctioned load
- Where a feeder can't accept export, the plant runs zero-export instead
- Year-end settlement of unused credit follows your utility's rules
Apply01
We file with your utility — DESCO, DPDC, REB or PBS — with the single-line diagram and equipment certificates.
Inspect02
Utility engineers check protection, anti-islanding and the metering point.
Meter03
A bidirectional meter records imported and exported units separately.
Net04
Each billing month, exported units are subtracted from imports; unused credit carries forward.

- 1,40,000 kWh
- Units exported · Friday & holiday surplus

The challengeThree sheds, 212,000 sq ft of corrugated roof, and six to nine hours of monthly load-shedding that stopped dyeing lines mid-batch. Diesel backup was costing more per unit than the grid.
The resultThe dyeing lines now ride through outages on battery, diesel runtime is down 78%, and the plant's monthly grid bill fell by 31% in the first full quarter.
