Services · Plant Monitoring

Every string, every five minutes, watched from Dhaka.

A plant can lose 5% of its output without a single breaker tripping. Our NOC reads every inverter and string around the clock, calls your site lead when something drifts, and proves performance with a report your lender will accept.

Sample monitoring dashboard for Gazipur Knit Composite (1,800 kWp) at Sun 13 Sep 2026 · 13:42 GMT+6: today's yield 6,048 kWh, performance ratio 81.6%, 30-day availability 99.4%. One string fault on INV-04 and thermal derating on INV-06 are open alarms.

What we monitor

Four signals that show a plant losing money — before the bill does.

Plant-level totals hide faults. We watch the layers underneath: every inverter, every string, and the weather that explains the difference.

Metrics follow IEC 61724-1 definitions, so the numbers in your report match the ones in your lender's model.

01

Generation

AC and DC energy at every inverter and the export meter, compared live against your PVsyst forecast.

02

Performance ratio

Temperature-corrected PR, specific yield and availability — the three numbers lenders and auditors ask for.

String-level faults

Current deviation against block median, insulation resistance, arc-fault and inverter error codes, comms heartbeat.

Alerting & escalation

From alarm to answer, on a clock.

Automated rules catch the drift; a named analyst decides what it means. Remote fixes happen in minutes — anything else goes to a technician with the diagnosis already done.

Integration & compatibility

Mixed fleet, one dashboard.

We connect to the loggers and OEM clouds you already have, then normalise every brand into one data model — so a Huawei string and an SMA string are compared like for like.

FAQ

Monitoring questions we hear every week

Straight answers on data, hardware and what happens when things go wrong.

Ask an engineer

Yes. After a one-day handover audit of the datalogger, meters and communications, we connect any supported inverter brand to our platform. Most takeovers are live within two weeks.

Usually not. If your logger speaks Modbus TCP or the OEM exposes a cloud API, we integrate what you have. We only recommend new hardware where string-level data or buffering is missing.

Loggers buffer data locally (typically 30 days) and back-fill when the link returns. A comms-loss alarm is raised after 15 minutes so the gap is investigated, not ignored.

Temperature-corrected PR in line with IEC 61724-1: measured AC energy divided by the energy the array should produce given measured plane-of-array irradiance and module temperature.

You do. You get full portal access and can export raw 5-minute data at any time, including at the end of the contract.
