Services · EPC

Engineered, procured and built under one accountable contract.

One team takes your plant from structural survey to grid synchronisation — with a named engineer, a written deliverable at every stage, and nobody else to blame if it underperforms.

End-to-end scope

Three disciplines. One signature on the contract.

Split EPC contracts fail at the seams — the designer blames the supplier, the supplier blames the installer. We own all three, and each hands over a document you keep.

Project execution timeline

A 1 MWp rooftop, contract to COD in 18 weeks.

Design and utility filings run in parallel with procurement, so the long-lead items never wait on paperwork. Every diamond is a hold point you sign off.

Quality & safety standards

Built to the standards your lender's engineer will check.

Every design, delivery and connection is checked against a named standard — and every test result goes into the handover pack, not a drawer.

Equipment sourcing partners

Vendor-neutral. Tier-1 only.

We don't sell one brand. We tender each project against bankable manufacturers and specify what fits your roof, your climate and your lender.

  • Bankable manufacturersBNEF Tier-1 modules and inverters with a lender-accepted track record.
  • Certified, locally testedIEC certificates plus test reports accepted by SREDA and the utility.
  • Service on the groundOEM service presence in Bangladesh, so warranty claims don't stall.

lower grid bill

Knit composite manufacturer

The challengeThree sheds, 212,000 sq ft of corrugated roof, and six to nine hours of monthly load-shedding that stopped dyeing lines mid-batch. Diesel backup was costing more per unit than the grid.

The resultThe dyeing lines now ride through outages on battery, diesel runtime is down 78%, and the plant's monthly grid bill fell by 31% in the first full quarter.

FAQ

EPC questions we hear every week

Timelines, roofs, approvals and warranties — answered by the engineers who deliver them.

Ask an engineer

Typically 16–18 weeks from signed contract to commercial operation. Equipment lead time and utility approvals are the swing factors; we start filings in week two so they run in parallel with procurement.

Most RMG and industrial roofs can, but we never assume. Every project starts with a structural survey; a typical rooftop array adds 12–15 kg/m². Where purlins fall short, we design strengthening or a lighter layout before quoting.

We do. We prepare and file the SREDA net-metering application and the distribution utility's connection paperwork, and attend inspections through to meter installation.

OEM product and performance warranties on modules and inverters, registered in your name, plus our own workmanship warranty on the installation. Terms are set out in the contract per project.

Yes. We deliver EPC-only scopes under your owner's engineer or lender's technical adviser, with hold points and reporting to match their requirements.
