For plant owners, facility managers & asset investors
Services · Preventive Maintenance
Dust, heat and monsoon don't wait for a breakdown. Neither do we.
Scheduled cleaning, thermal imaging and IV-curve testing that keep your plant at its forecast — with an annual maintenance contract that puts response times in writing.

Why preventive beats reactive
Break-fix looks cheaper in year one. By year ten it has cost half as much again.
An AMC is a fixed line in your budget. Reactive maintenance is a variable one — paid in call-out fees, early replacements and generation you never see on a bill.
- Saved per MWp, 10 yrs
- Tk68lakh
- Reactive costs
- 1.5× more
- 01Reactive looks cheaper in year oneNo contract fee — but soiling and slow repairs are already costing more than an AMC.
- 02Downtime compoundsEvery fault found by a walk-round instead of a data alarm adds days of lost generation.
- 03Heat kills inverters earlyClogged filters and loose terminals turn a 12-year inverter into a 7-year one.
Cumulative O&M cost + lost generation, Tk lakh per MWp
Standard AMC against break-fix call-outs over ten years. Reactive jumps in year 7 when a heat-stressed inverter fails early.

Maintenance checklist
A written checklist, signed off on every visit.
Every task is photographed, time-stamped and logged against the asset in your monitoring portal — so you can see what was done, not just that someone came.

Cleaning & the dust problem
Bangladesh's dust has a season. So does our cleaning crew.
From November to April, brick-kiln smoke and highway dust settle on arrays across Gazipur, Narayanganj and Savar. An uncleaned plant there can lose 6% in a month — then the monsoon washes it clean for free.
Soiling loss by days since last cleaning
Share of energy lost to dust on the array, by site exposure.
- Kiln / highway belt, dry season
- Industrial suburb, dry season
- Monsoon, rain-washed
Indicative schedule. We adjust it monthly from each site's soiling index.
- Soft brushes and low-TDS water — no high-pressure jets that void module warranties
- Early morning or late afternoon, so cold water never hits hot glass
- Fresh-water rinse for salt film at coastal Chattogram sites
Thermal imaging & IV-curve testing
We find the fault before it finds your revenue.
A hotspot is invisible from the roof walkway. A drone thermal survey sees it in minutes; an IV-curve trace tells us exactly what is wrong with the string.
- 01IR thermographyHotspots, failed bypass diodes, cracked cells and overheating connectors — flagged by drone in hours, not days.
- 02IV-curve tracingSeparates soiling, mismatch, rising series resistance and PID so each fault gets the right fix.
- 03Insulation resistanceCatches moisture ingress in monsoon humidity before it becomes a ground fault or arc.

- 2Softer kneeRising series resistance — loose terminals, corroded MC4s, damaged ribbons.
- 3Step in the curveA bypass diode is carrying current around a cracked or hotspotting module.
AMC packages
Three contracts. One standard of work.
Every tier gets the same checklist, the same trained technicians and the same portal. What changes is how often we visit, how deep we test and how fast we respond.
